I'd trust Jack's words on the intro scroller and pick Romulus. |

I'd say Romulus is correct. The game was made by Jan Templin, who was a part of the Dresden-Scene, such was Romulus.
maybe he used an alias to supply the original, as far as I remember, he used another one to release some "fake"demos. |
