Release id #187756 : CharPad 2.6.0
Has anyone gotten CharPad 2.6.0 or the SpritePad 2.3.0 preview running properly on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS?
It starts and mostly runs using mono but some things, notably window resizing and copy paste, are not working correctly.

Hi guys,
only a quick question. Are there any shortcut in CharPad to select Pens?
I tried to find info regarding this in the docs but haven't found any info.
Would be much more faster to pixel in this tool, if Pens could be selected by pressing key combinations like in Pixcen.
Anyway, really cool tool! ;-) |

Yeah that is actually a good question.
but the answer is: no. At least I couldn't find one. and it will be much appreciated feature. |

Thanks for this info. Yes, it would be really great to have shortcuts... I've just written an e-mail to Subchrist regarding this, hopefully he will consider to implement it in a next release. ;-) |

I could have dreamt it, but I remember sending an e-mail requesting this feature several years ago (along with animation feature) and the reply was negative. |

I got a really nice and positive answer, also in this question. Subchrist wrote me that, he put the shortcut to Pens to his todo list. :-) ;-) |
