It's essentially the same release, minus a few bugs. As long as the original release is preserved along the fixed one, i see no reason to split the entry. Also this splits up votes and comments, which is obviously a bad thing.
We have to deal with rules in RL that not everyone likes. CSDb is no exception, we enter here agreeing with the rules we found, or gtfo.
