I _do_ see & appreciate the difference and don't criticize the "M" (fun fact, we did sth like that in our first MYD crack Donkey Kong +5H almost exactly 10 years ago, no "M" though it might fit) just do not get why you don't include or offer the restart at level 8 fix and some(!) additional meaningful trainers, not talkin +38 "crazy hack" change border & hair color & inviSibility version :)

I guess, you confound "retrofitted HighscoreTABLE" != Simple jmp$ffd8 3 Byte "HighscoreSAVER".
But I will forgive you. =)
If you want better Trainer (or just cheap 3 Byte Highscoresaver), play some weird +20 Stuff, if you like real Highscoretables, play ours instead. =)

Never claimed being "better" than Remember or doing "jewel". It's just, you surely remember (Ha!) it from long time ago maybe, for *FUN*.
What kind of shortage letter deserves a retrofitted Highscore-Table if not a "M" for modified code?
Just a cheap "H" like for a dumb jmp$ffd8 routine to save 3 Bytes to Disk?

Whenever you touch anything of which there is a Remember version already, it'd better be good
OK what Remember bugfixed in Skate Rock +5D might no have been a biggie, still it offers HS already and more trainer options.
However, when you do jewel versions of golden oldies, we can expect that you at least hold the standard of existing versions, and I don't speak about DirArt and additional title gfx, also see what Count Zero stated in his first comment to H.E.R.O. +1DGHM. |
