Release id #24047 : Chopper

just asking opinions...
what to do with games in this database? till now i've excluded most of the game titles when I couldn't find a trace that it was cracked.

I think the database should be clear about this to add it or not. Either we miss a hell lot of oldies that die in the diskbox, or the database is filled with wrong data.

Once this has been discussed before, and i believe the rule was that only games can be added made by sceners.. still stands or ??
(rather hard to decide when an -until then- unknown demo coder released something under his own name)

As the game was apparently released commercially, and there is a crack available, and the download ws a different game anyway, I deleted the entry. :)
