Should be this tune:
/VARIOUS/S-Z/Shogoon/Oobat_Nooghs.sid
According to the sidfile it was released in 1993, but no clue on what party.

Ok I've added 1993, but I see that there were two
Elysium & Antia Parties in 1993
so which one can it be ;)
