Group id #5174 : Shame Designs

This group is on my soon-to-be deleted list.

The only link with the demoscene is that they do (flash) remakes.

Odd. Apparently they were a member of Vogue designs and (also) did some remakes of their old demos, which are not on csdb either.

Shame Designs? That's Apache, Chique and the gang.

The stuff they relased under Vogue Design didn't reach any bigger spreading, I figure. (Checking...) Nope, didn't have any Vogue Designs stuff and neither no Country & Western Productions stuff, but I did have some stuff from what Mitch and Mark did in The Omen.

I figure noone has the 20CC-Editor Mark coded either? I have the instructions, but not the editor itself. From what I have understood, it's really nice - made for Mitch just before he found the pleasures of the JCH-editor.

So it is a C64 group after all?

My first thought was they're a bunch of wankers jumping the C64 remake-bandwagon :)

Some years ago I had a temporary job at a toy distributor, and when I talked to one of their salesmen about my interest in c64 and demos he told me to check out his friends home page shamedesigns.com, since they used to do c64 demos.

Heh, no. Mark was a member of Asia back in the days. They are sceners allright. I don't think they made anything scenerelated under Shame Designs though. But the last stuff they made are nowhere to be seen. Take for example some of the demos they made remakes of - can you find any of them here at CSDb?
