Release id #78474 : Circus Attractions

I haven't checked this release, but there are some general thoughts about the files Mr. Exploding First has been adding recently, most of them without credits and release groups:

If there's no crack intro, no modded title screen, no hidden binary message and no SYS line that hints at the game being cracked by someone, I think this has no scene relevance at all. Thus, shouldn't be here. Opinions, please.

I would say, delete them, perhaps if the game itself is not
at all on CSDB we could keep them until a cracked version appears.

Is there still this auto-ban thing here @ csdb if you delete a certain amount of entries within a certain time?

@Moderators: Also, is Exploding First informed about adding those uncredited "cracks"?
