Group id #3188 : Blaze

This Blaze group should be merged with the other Blaze (factory)
because they used same intros and had same memberlist, and in some intros of both they said they were in "coop" with Bloodsuckers, would be weird if there were 2 Blaze and both in coop with the same BSK in the same year range 88-89.

Elon (from .de section) scrolltext: "the blaze and bloodsuckerz cooperation"
Battlefield (from .ch section) scrolltext: "blaze and bloodsuckers present"

Kurt and Macumba are listed in Mysterix (.ch section) and the crack has the same intro as in the Elon (.de section)

moved all except Muna jaila, it seems just a BSK release where a "Bloodsuckers+Blaze" logo has been used without any Blaze member involved, so I left only BSK as release group on it.
