I might. Depending on where it is (Chez Renzo? Does it even still exist?) and if it's more than just one evening this time... |

To be honest - after the last Radwar I was quite disappointed and even though it's rather close I sure won't attend. Especially with it being that short after X when most of us are still recovering :)

yep, what countzero said. especially since its only one evening and there is no way to sleep at the party place either. mmh, and most importantly, no computers whatsoever. |

surely its not about having computers thats as bad as people who bring guitars to parties, it's about meeting new friends getting drunk and looking at girls
I'm sure there is a place to sleep nearby and fairly cheap I now have about 2 months to learn to speak german incase the girls are really nice
A party event is what you make it

sorry, but "radwar party" is all about computers, c64 in particular. atleast thats how it should be. without it, its just an evening in a rather lame village disco. (possibly even with open doors to every dumbnut like last time)
and especially since X is 3 weeks before, where practically the entire scene is meeting each other, i fail to see the point. but maybe i am just not old and retired enough from the scene to understand ... =P |

I am quite astonished about some comments in this forum.
First of all, we know the party was announced on short notice (2 month before the event).
The date might seem to be a bit odd, shortly after X and on the same date as Alternative Party, but in my opinion these are parties for _active_ sceners, those who still code demos and participate in competitions.
"Radwar Party" have always been a party less focused on computers. We try to reach also the _inactive_ sceners, those who stopped their work a decade ago but are still interested in meeting with old friends.
If you can't stand having a good time even in a "lame village disco with open doors to every dumbnut" this might not be the right event for you. All others are welcome ...
Best regards,
AVH / RADWAR

...Yes, it was a bit "short" as our friends from radwar planed this event, it was even short for us to made some gfx and a invitro on the pc... But hey, its nice that there will be another meeting and in my opinion, its nice for us old ones to meet each other again.
The Elite and not Elite thematics is for the most visitors no longer important > lets visit the disco, have a good time and by the way... maybe there will be ideas for new own oldskoolers party next time with a bit more program ;-)
