Release id #103021 : Test Drive Tape +3D [pal/ntsc]
So this is an official Test Drive Tape version?
Or this is the reglease which will start the tapified releases?
In Hungary the tape was more popular than the disk, and I can still remember the North & South tapified version. The attack scene was at the counter value 123,5 on my tape. :)

I know some games differs in tape/disk releases. Different introduction/loading screens, some differences in game play/graphics, some bug fixes etc. I wouldn't ask that if Viktor haven't opened that discussion.
1) What is the difference between Test Drive's tape/disk versions?
2) If there are no differences (binarywise), even if you use tape as the source media, how could we know the difference? Wouldn't it be like re-pixeling the rambo picture which can't be proved? :) |

Grg always explained in the summaries:
Different gas station graphics on the tape version. No scores, no digis, smaller ending. Disk version is ofcourse better.
