They aren't identical. One is an import and one is a native release.

Just taking a look at the directories would have avoided the question imho.
However, found that MDM BBS demo on the back side of the disk. Didn't work out of the box, so repacked it without the autostart:

Someone else make an entry from it pls :) - _Seems_ to me that MDM stands for "Modeman" here. A sysop of a BBS without name?
Has nothing in common with the already listed MDM aka Syntax Terror, who has some doubtful "release" entries as well...
