Release id #116895 : Asteroids Emulator (Build March 18, 2013)
Not that I'm against this entry, but in general I think CSDb should not be used as versioning-database and maybe we need some sort of "rule" on this in case people dont want it this way.
I know it wasnt the coder creating this entry but that's beside the point imho.
Any comments? Similar things went on before, maybe I should just not care :) |

Well it seems the author himself is not to blame here. |

I agree, now when I see it. It's quite obvious when you see the evergrowing pile of versions - there is no final version it seems. I think we should kill all versions except the latest one (because there is no scenerelease of that one) - just as we only should add games that are not cracked (scenerelated) to the database. On the other hand it seems like completeness of versions are important in other cases (emulators etc). What do people think? I have to read the rules again. |

an optional svn/git link may be added to the products and only latest build may be kept. also being able to transfer download counter to the new executable would be nice. it's like not completely deleting the download link but updating it with the new one. |

I think updating one entry will lead to even more confusion. What about a 'max 1 entry per month' (or two months) rule? |
