G2F similar tool for c64?

Hi,

There are any cross-platform tool similar to Atari G2F (Graph2Font)? http://g2f.atari8.info/

This program allows to create images using chars in any graph mode and mix with PM (Atari's sprites) to improve results and so on...

The only c64 program something similar is Char Pad but is not possible to use ECM (Extended Background Color Mode) for instance neither sprites.

c64 multicolor bitmap/char mode without sprites and cpu aid is more flexible than what g2f can offer. no need for such an editor.

c64's "g2f" is 320x200 resolution 16 color pictures, ufli, shif, xfli.

The two major cross platform graphics editors for the C64 are Timanthes (Timanthes 3.0 Beta) and Project One (Project One V0.5). I think you'll find that they're much easier to use than Graph2Font.

I recommend starting off with Project One. It may not have all of the features of Timanthes, but I find that it's much easier to use. Good luck!
