Music wanted for intro

So I found the Facebook "cracktro" compo (Facebook Oldskool Cracktro Compo) and thought it would be an excellent excuse to code some kind of half-assed 1989 style intro in a couple of hours.
Now it's done, and all that is missing is music.
I could ofcourse just use any old tune from HVSC or so, but if there's any musician who has an unused tune, here's your chance!

Ideally I'd want something that sounds like it could fit in an intro from the old times, so nothing too experimental or fancy.
If it fits in $1000-$1fff it would be even better since I wouldn't have to do any relocation... :)

Niiiiice - three offers already (one by PM) - I love how active the C64 musicians are!

I'll go by first come, first serve, so guy-who-has-almost-the-same-handle as me, let me see what you have to offer first! :)

-edit-

The Shadow : Aren't you from NTSC-land? Wouldn't that mean that the music would be running at the wrong speed in my PAL intro?

...but you gotta admit that it would be nice to see an intro credited to "Shadow" and "The Shadow". :)

...and please try to release the intro under the groupname The Shadows aswell. Thrice as fun, and a worthy successor to great demos like Hypnosis for Beginners.
