This is because CSDb tries to figure out which group the scener was member of at the time of release.
In this case 12/4-2004
It looks at all the memberships the scener have had at that time. First it looks if any of the memberships have any dates pointed out, and if there are it only looks at these, because these must be more accurate than the memberships without dates.
Then it finds those memberships that matches the date.
In this case Crossbow was member of The Stock at 12/4-2005, but there is no information whatsoever on when he was a member of Crest (only that he is probably a member today :) ) so CSDb ignores that.
If someone enters a join-date for Crest and this is before 12/4-2004, I'll bet that the text will change to:

hehe for a first time when I entered csdb I was really wonder about the same thing but soon I understood that whenever there are no placed just even only year of join to the group, the name of this group will be not displayed with the credits :)
