Displaying new crack tags

Hi maintainers,

it is nice that the new crack tags are finally there. But how about displaying them publicly, if set? By now they are only visible to someone editing the entry, but completeley invisible on locked entries.

Would be nice, thanks.

I agree with Didi. Would be nice to identify which release was a first release for example.

I guess it's my error, but up untill now normal users (non-moderators) could not see this info, but it is available on the editpage for everyone!?

Anyway, now everyone can see this info. :)
