Automation
It happens from time to time that someone uploads a SID file without an accompanying PRG or D64. Sometimes not even out of laziness but because of not knowing about this requirement.
How about letting a script automate this?
1. Someone uploads a SID file as a new release.
2. A new button can be clicked for starting the process (author or anyone else). However, if X minutes passes without other uploads added (or the new button being clicked) the script just runs automatically.
3. The script takes the SID file and wraps it in PSID64.
4. It also takes a screenshot of the PSID64.
5. The PRG and the screenshot are then both automatically uploaded. |

I'm more about deleting the whole entry and just pm/mail the author pointing to the help pages to teach how it's done correctly.
A .sid only is not considered a valid release and it's not even required if you upload a prg/d64. |

I demand it's automatically uploaded on a C64 run BBS executing PlayIt64 V1.0 PlayEm64 V1.2 Tools (and Music) Collection and then added via Contiki ;) |
