We need to separate PETSCII and pixel graphics
Hi.
I think it's time that PETSCII gets it's own category. PETSCII differs so much from pixel graphics that it deserve to stand on its own.
You may argue that FLI, NUFLI etc then also deserves its own category but in the end they are kind of similar, they are still pixels where PETSCII is something totally different.
Now its impossible to make the correct database entries with placement in compos where parties have a separate PETSCII and pixel graphics compos, like Syntax had. As it is now, we have two winners in the C64 Graphics category from Syntax 2020. Confusing. |
