Display summary if there are no user comments

This has bugged me for a while, but not enough to actually post about it. :)

If I upload a release, and write a summary description for it, nobody sees the summary unless they click on the "Summaries" link. So then I just put my summaries in the User Comments section so that somebody looking at the page sees it.

If there are no user comments to randomly display, howabout falling back to randomly displaying a comment from the Summaries section?

On a personal note, I find that many users will use the "Fun Stuff" to find the newest added uploads even if there are no entries (eg. Summaries or Comments) to be found on the main page.

It certainly helps having a main page entry for added exposure but even long after your upload had slipped off the main, it's not entirely forgotten.
