Screenshot sizes
I asked this a year ago or something, but never got a reply. Would it be possible to increase the maximum screenshot size on release pages to 404x292 (full border setting in VICE)? |

Not an argument, since fixing it so the full border shows takes no time at all. |

Radiantx has a good suggestion backed up by some very valid arguments, showing full borders as they would show up on a good monitor or TV is not a bad idea. I don't understand what people are afraid of. If there are bugs like rasterflicker or bad timing, let it be so. The quality of the release will not change because of the screenshot. There are already "normal" (as in VICE-normal) border screenshots with visible mistimings. Seems more like a prestige thing to not give in on this one. |

Are screenshots from real c64 still forbidden, only emu-screenshots allowed?

can you provide a screen shot from a real C64 having a quality comparable to that of the emulators ? |

A C64 connected with S-Video to a capture card gives you a nice, crisp screenshot. |

Well last Time I tried to upload a frame grabbed from real thing, i was opposed, afaik even some rules were thrown at me.
Anyway, I take your Mod-Word, and will use realthing-screendumps in teh future.
