Adding docs to release types
A huge doc file was released today for the game Fast Break. I wanted to name the release type as "docs" but for lack of a proper release title, I had no choice but to call it a demo. I'm sure a few demo coders will raise an eyebrow to this one. Anyway, there should be an option to list Docs as a release type or at least something similar.

use "misc" in such cases... seperate doc files were released very very seldom (seperated from the game that is), i really dont think we need another releasetype for that

Well a new member of Avatar called
Grennouille
spent many hours writing these new docs and told me that he has written a doc file. Originally he wanted to make it an Avatar release.
Avatar has extremely strict standards for releases, everything written in the 2008 Standards for Cracks are honored including: every crack must be a minimum of 95% NTSC fixed (based on the Stormbringer standard for fixes. Some of his fixes were games considered impossible to fix and the best such games were able to be fixed were 95%. Check out the fix of
Hong Kong Phooey +2F
for an example) and only complete cracked games will be released by Avatar. No tools or demos will be released by Avatar (the demo group
KrionyX
is under the Avatar umbrella. Seek out future releases for demos done by Avatar members).
Since Grennouille made the effort to write more than 21 blocks worth of text in the new doc file, it needed to be released. Even though many releases can be labeled as 'misc.', docs are docs and it is a specific category.
