Who's messing with my functions?
Addressing the person who corrected my infos (yet again).
Please, for the very last time: I'm awared about the existence of "fullscreen graphician" and "logo graphician" functions, but I don't want to be associated with them. Why is this so hard to understand?
To whom it may concern, check out the following topic as well:

That's OK. In fact, not OK at all, however that's not the case here...
Someone added two other functions to my info page, and changing that should be only my privilege, not? |

just make sure you don't paint any fullscreen graphics or logos anymore so people can't vote... problem solved ;P |

Heh. Exactly. No more fullscreen graphics or logos. Maybe just paint sprites and charsets from now on or compose music like Leon now does. :) |

there are very few fullscreen graphicians anyhow, since you have to use X-expanded sprites in the top/bottom border for it to be truly fullscreen, which is just too limiting
:)

Well, fullscreen depends on the mode people use for their vice, doesn't it? Only if it's maximized, it can be full screen. |

So I hereby request the function "Fullscreen Emulamer" and "Windowed Emulamer" to be added to the freelance functions! |

A fullscreen coder is anyone capable of ESCOS. |

People, you're not helping me at all :)
Anyhow, I'd kindly ask the person who messed up my infos, not to do so any more. Everything is going back to its original state... |

Put a note in your trivia or something. The one responsible might not even read this thread. |

Ok, I think I get it. It's a bit confusing (like a lot of other things here), so just to let you know what actually happened...
When someone is editing a certain membership in group infos (even in groups where the scener is labelled as inactive, trial or former), he could add/remove functions for a certain scener on his own, and the functions will show up on the scener's userpage. It would be nice to change this so only the actual sceners could add/remove their functions? |

Just on a side note, I think "Fullscreen Graphician" and "Logo Graphician" are stupid functions. Just "Graphician" would be enough imo. Or we could also add "Sprite Graphician" and "Charset Graphician". |

Yes, and also divide the "coder" job into raster, maths, OS and drive coder. |

Quoting Perff (from http://noname.c64.org/csdb/forums/?roomid=4&topicid=25803&showa..)I guess it won't be nessesary, but how about I dig up the old survey system so people can make a vote on it? :)
I can't remember why we made those types back then, but I guess that whoever thought it up, thought it was a good idea... ??
Till now not even one fair reason showed up why are the graphician sub-functions necessary so just crop them out finally, will you? :) No voting is neccessary! |

Hm, possibly some coders that did Logos (back "then") ?
I think that was quite common. So maybe some are proud but yet modest enough not to call themselves Graphician?
Just an idea to spice up the 'discussion' when indeed, I see no need |

Ok, but in that case all those graphicians who ever coded viewers for their graphics should get a "Viewer-coder" function as well. |

that would lead to the question if someone who can code is a coder or just someone who does code.
I want an extra box "optional" for each category :) |

I for one never understood the divisions of Graphicians, especially 'full-screen' as opposed to what? If I leave 30 pixel rows dead at the bottom of my pic, am I not a full-screen graphician anymore? |

Confuses the hell out of me too - although it took me a while to accept that "graphician" was actually a word! ;-) |

Since I consider the background as an active part of the picture, in my definition even logos are all full screen! There you go, problem solved. :)

IIRC, that word was invented by Antichrist/GP, right? A kind of strange term indeed. |

Ah yeah, delete these subsections already. I also never got the point of it. Spent countless minutes considering when adding new sceners "if he maybe only was a logo-graphician? Or can I be so brave and label him fullscreen-graphician? Nah, better play it safe..." ;-) |

That is not true.
I just made myself a musician in my old group Time to test this.
It did register with the Time-memberlist but my handle-page wasn´t changed. |

I don't know then, as I removed the added functions in the membership area. That makes it even more confusing. |

you might consider asking perff in private, who might reply with someone in his team having too much fun with changing entries in the database once again. |
