PM button & private messages...
Hi all, can ne1 enlighten me on the private message system, I have 2 questions:
1- How come sometimes there is a "PM" button that I can use to send a PM to a logged-on member (by going to his scener's page from the logged-on menu) and sometimes, there is NO "PM" button ?
2- If I delete a "SENT" message from my mailbox, will it also be deleted in target's mailbox ?

1) That is because those people did either not register to CSDb or did not associate their account with ther profile ID on CSDb

Hi Nafcom!
Thx for replying. I see no PM button for CBA (SCS-TRC) but he's probably got the most complete account in here; what do I tell him to do so that the PM button appears for him? How does he associate his account with his profile?

you are welcome! :)
Ok, regarding your question.
He simply has to do what you and me did (those who associated their CSDb entry with their profile appear blue (link) in the froums, those who didn't appear as white (no link).
So what he has to do is:
User Page ---> Update your settings ---> CSDB handle entry
and search for his CSDb handle entry and then confirm it and done :) |
