If a release says "created by" and one or several names follow, how should I credit them?

I am not sure which of the persons did coding, graphics or whatever else is done...

na, if you look at the other products from these people you can usually guess who did what, but of course guessing is no 100% proof for proper credits. So if you are not certain about a credit just dont add it.

Posts: 1799		 My suggestion would be to add another credit category: 'creator' or just 'unknown'.
