AMAZING collection
Hi all da sceners around!
I just checked the german Ebay and found this amazing one:
http://cgi.ebay.de/Commodore-Sammlung-C-64-und-Amiga-Fans-aufge..
Check it out. It's the greatest I have ever seen... And there's a lot of disks included... Would be great if one of the sceners could get that package and not a lamer and all the stuff maybe get lost forever...
Greetz!

For my part:
I am living close to that guy (Wattenscheid - Dortmund about 30 minutes) as we need somebody to get that bunch out of his place. We could buy it all together transfer the disks for the csdb and the other stuff will be shared over all the people... Or we go and sell the complete package after we transferred the disks...
Greetz!

JESUS CHRIST... where does all this come from??? I guess the German police needs more space for new stuff :-) Or, and that`s another guess, the forbidden town? Dynamic Duo? But if there`s something to put in, I´ll be in there. |

Then you could make 50 single auctions ! Pehaps we should deal with the winner of this auction, that we would buy the disks.Or he can have 10.000 of my disks, which i have checked and transfered.

@jeff: the "aldi" c64s were indeed produced for, and sold by aldi. it was the last produced production line with the small costreduced board. |

Will anyone buy this lot? Save for a lot of disks (which you'll in any case will find nice stuff on) there's a lot of nice hardware to share there. I'd love a white C64G, an Aldi-C64 and the C-116. :-) |

how much you gonna pay me for them then twoflower if i buy em :) |

Dunno, but I figure that if everyone needing some hardware should buy something from the lot there, and if you're able to pick it up by car you'd be down in half the price in no-time. HCL needs a drive, Jackasser a 1200, i'd like a C64G, a C-116 and the A600 etc.
Question is just what the hell you should do with 25 Amiga 500's? Folks on EAB would surely love to buy the Amigadisks from your hands. It's quite a tedious thing to put those babies out on Ebay again. On the other hand, with 40+ C64 drives sold to sceners for 10+ euro each... Well. :-) |

I use amiga 500s as a source of drive mechanisms to populate 1581 kits.
Just a suggestion :)

Damn, me and qdor were planning on going for the lot. We figured he'd borrow a Ford transit and we'll go for a roadtrip 2500km... But now he's backing out due to lack of time.. |

lots of stuff i like to own.. but its over 400 now ..
he talks about 20 boxes with c64 Stuff and 30 Boxe with amig Disks.. lots of work if someone will transfer this.
We have to make an offer, the winner of the auction cannot refuse ;-)
btw.. on te first pic, there´s a floppy with a track display on the top? or is it only for air condition..

Well, if someone in the southern part of sweden (or stockholm) area) has the possibility to spend the weekend around the 9th of december on a roadtrip to germany contact me asap, since I have no drivers license i cannot do this on my own :(...
But I found somebody willing to drive down to helsingborg and back at least.

Is anyone here serious about this?
There are a few items I need for my collection so would
love to pitch in.
Only problem is shipping cost for me would not be cheap.. |

wix and i am serious atleast, but the problem for us is still to arrange a pick up of the stuff, so is anyone able to get the stuff if everything fails? |

We find somebody in germany willig to store the stuff until I can get a hold of transport to sweden (ie that might even be feasible during the 2 weeks pick-up time of the auction).
It would have been much easier if there wasn't these rules about which winter you can and can't use in germany....
I somebod can help. Just contact me or hollowman asap. |

Probably lost for about 600 to some person who probably is going to split it up and sell it piece by piece, and who don't care about the disks and the history. But on the other hand, what does the scene care about real hardware in these days. VICE got such a good implementation nowadays. This guy got it dirt-cheap for all that stuff. |
