1. Get a webspace and a nice domain, make sure it has php support
2. Download phpBB2 or SMF or some other similar forum
3. Install it
4. There you go - dunno about the big aspect tho |

No, as far I remember I'm not banned from there.
How serious a forum can be that does not allow to speak in english? Hmm?
I understand the italian language, but feel better in english.
