Richard turning a new leaf?
It appears that for a long time I have been very lame in the Scene. I feel that it is becoming a waste of time to do really lame things to get back at certain people. Plus it is not worth it.
Therefore from today onwards, I raise my right hand and will say these sacred words:
"I promise that I will not do any more really lame things, which I did in the past."
"I will not war against another group, even if they release any of my TND games on lamer label."
"If I see any TND games released on fake label and see something I did not want to see. I will take no notice with what those people write."
"I will not release my own cracks of TND games. I will leave it to the real experts, like Triad, Excess, Blazon, Destiny, Onslaught, etc, depending on quality."
"If I say any news about my lameness in disk mags, I will not war against those diskmag editors, because after all it was my fault and I would deserve this sort of scandal"
"I will not fake Urine releases again"
"I will allow any sort of criticiszm about any programs I release"
From now on, I want to get on with people in the scene, be really friendly, stop being arrogant and big-headed. I want to get rid of my bad reputation and support the scene with new games, demos, music, etc. and be really friendly to others.
It is most definitely the time for me to walk all pastures new, be nice to everyone and stop being ever so lame. Lameness gives me a bad reputation and I don't exactly want that!
I hope you will support what I have said, because this is something, which I want to do - and I shall do.
Let's all be friendly :) |

They question of the day is:

This was meant to have said:
"If I see any news about my lameness in disk mags, I will not war against those diskmag editors or staff writers, because after all it was my fault and I would deserve this scandal" :) |

richard, at least you are able to create some music that ain't that bad.
I prefer nearly any music from richard to those ruling asskicker blazon releases...

Richard, I find somewhat odd you still need to regurgitate on your past actions in this way. Maybe still seeking attention in an easy way? What is done is done, a truly kickass release from you would speak louder than 100 promise/apology posts.. But anyway, keep up your C64 work.. |

In the near past Excess group was the fastest in first-releasing. Now seems to be disappeared :/ |

This was the kind of reply I feared, completely (purposefully?) missing the main point of the message. |

i would like to see a chart of different sceners that shows how highly rated their products are, compared to the amount of text they write about themselves in different places. richard and crossbow could be used for extreme values.

How much do we know about Richard? Yeah we are sure that he is socially insecure, paranoiac, can't handle long, time consuming projects very well, likes to write about himself in 3rd person and more-or-less ignores any advices dispersed at him. ...and, haven't Crossbow told enough about himself in all those demos and their texts? ;-) From there I have e.g. learned that he is not from this planet and another interesting facts. ;-) |

What interests me is the logic behind releasing clearly nonworking version (talking about the 2nd version, not the unextractable zipcode pack) Did they for example think that it was my fault it didn't work? In a way they were right, of course :)

to be honest: the soap star called Richard is more interesting than the scene these days. |

That 'asskicking' demo is more a 'mindkicking' demo (I hope) but you'll have to wait a bit longer .. I do still have a demo part left though (the one I worked on at Primary Star), all it needs is a tune and some text ..
No plans to go to any parties though .. |
