Lynx for CMD Drives ?

Does anybody of you know if there exists a Lynx Version that is compatible with Creating/Disolving Files directly on a CMD Native Partition ?

I fear to test myself on a real CMD Partition because it may corrupt all Files on that Partition and i dont want to loose all that shit while playing around.

I asked around and a few people mentioned Omega-Q II, it apparently has a "generic drive" mode for unlyxing files.
