i am not sure if i should be asking this here. and i am sorry if it is inappropriate but i couldn't come up with any other way...
is there any active c64 scener left in Turkey other than me?...

Yep, Wisdom is Turkish as well as whole Crescent supposedly are. When I last talked to him I remember faintly he said something about a little c64-activity coming again from his side. But yet nothing has happened as far as I know. |

I know this isn't a 100% correct way to find it out, but it might give you a hint to track someone down.
The following advanced search here on CSDb returns 16 sceners which according to the database is an active member of a group, and comes from Turkey:
