What exaclty is a 'founder'?
Would you define founder as
a) the people who decide to start the group
b) the people who are in the group from the beginning, the day the group is born

A) is a founder, B) is a founding member - not the same thing. |

normally the founder is the one who pushes or "encourages" the other members to do work, normally the pr person/organiser I guess as well *runs from tmr =) * hehe
so I'd go with A.

I kinda disagree with myself here, as I've put all original Focus members up as founders .. still feel that way, so maybe I can change my answer to 'A-and-a-half'? |

its subjective/objective TDJ.. if you well that way about the group that's the main thing.
everyone has their place/role in any group, so people are important in their own ways.
I do hate this thing where things have to be black/white.. no shades of grey..
it's a bit like saying, all demo parts need to include a scroll text..hehe
there were never any rules, people have strengths in area's. |

I'd go with A, but it can be more than one person.
So, TDJ, if you picked up the idea as a group, then all those members can be the founders, IMHO. |
