Action Replay TurboTape to TAP?

There are various tools which convert WAV files from various tape turboloaders into TAP format for usage with emulators.

I have many of my unreleased demo's recorded directly to tape using the Action Replay cartridge (Turbo + Superturbo)
At the time of having a C64, i was able to save segments of data using the Action replay's Turbo Basic extension and sucessfully convert these to TAP, but am looking for any type of program which can convert a self running AR Tape Turboloader.

Is there any way that I can transfer these to TAP (via Soundcard/Wav file) without the requirement of a special datasette cable

Well, the TAP format doesn't depend on the loader, it representates the tape on a lower (signal) level. So you can transfer every tape to a TAP image if the source is good enough. Try my TAPE64 at http://www.funet.fi/pub/cbm/crossplatform/transfer/datassette/i..

With this tool you can transfer a wav file (recorded via sound card) to a TAP image.

It can also transfer to (higher level) t64/p00 format if the tape uses a common loader (Kernal, TurboTape, some other) but thats just an add on.
