differences between 64/64c/educator 64/sx-64
were all of these 100% compatible each other when it came to hardware tricks like fld, fli, vsp, side border stuff, sid tricks, etc? it would be a trip to see something like edge of disgrace running on an educator 64...

Well.. there are of course some other minor differences (the usual ones, so to speak), such as the 1 cycle timer interrupt differences between some CIA chips, or the different SID-models (6581 vs 8580) etc. Also, I don't know about that educator thingy.. if it is PAL or NTSC etc. |

The Educator 64 hasn't got a SID chip, right, or am I completely off the mark? |

yeah, and a silly irq handler in the kernal that sets the colors to monochrome every frame and disables sprites =) |
