Adding unknown members to a group.
I am mentioning my group Meta as an example.
I have some members to add, which took part in a c64 productions, those i will add.
But then the next thing, those on c64 in this group which
never contributed to a finished production, more of mental support or freindly relation, should i really add these members as well to get a full member list.
Then we have a memberlist of the pc section also, but they are NOT to be entered here, don't you agree ?
Please share your thoughts.

IMHO, all ppl who where a member of one single group, no matter what platform they were on, should be added.
In the 'trivia' field you can then add what their contribution to the group was, if not obvious from their (list of) credits. |

Only c64 sceners should be added to the database, members from PC/Amiga sections etc should only be mentioned in the trivia field. |

Add non-c64 sceners and watch them get deleted.

@terric: I think you should add all c64 section members even if they haven't released anything. This helps us to know more about scene history and it's harmless. I agree with not adding members from other sections. But writing them to trivia is also a good idea because other databases like pouet don't have group-scener relation so sometimes it gets harder to collect information about some groups if they don't have a tidy homepage. |
