Bride of Frankenstein tape-original(s)

I've got two different dumps of tape-originals and both are not 100% correct (the monster in the main-screen is not complete; only the legs and feet can be seen).
The disk-original is correct.
The release by Cleveland Cracking Service is the only cracked version with this "bug", all other versions are correct.

As I don't believe that all (except the .CCS crack) of the cracks have been made from the correct disk-original, I suppose there must be another (correct) tape-original.

Does anybody know about or even have it ?

same problem here (tap: Novaload 534.219), but after second start the monster is shown correctly.
