Let me elaborate a bit on this unknown function...
(Please remember: your account-name has nothing to do with the scener-record you might have in CSDb - it's just a login-name that will be shown under "Users Online" when you are logged in, and when you post in the forum. CSDb can't guess a connection between your account-name and a scener-record (because that would be stupid and full of errors))
If you make this connection between your account and your scener-record in CSDb 2 beautiful things will happen:
1) When someone clicks on your account-name in "Users online" (in the right tab), CSDb will *jump straight to your scener-record*, instead of searcing for your account-name among the scener-records in CSDb.
2) When you post in the forum, your account-name will become a blue link, instead of just white text. When someone clicks on that blue link, CSDb will *jump straight to your scener-record*.
So go to the userpage, click "Update your settings" and make this connection if you are (or have been) a C64-scener and you want these 2 things to happen. |
