Reward!!!! Please help me....
Hi Guys,
Bit of a boring request here but Im absoloutly desperate to find some of my old software I wrote Circa 95-96.
I have managed to find the only game I wrote but I also did some demo work and would dearly love to find it.
The demo was released under the group Sceptic. but I can't rememebr the name
I know there was a Union jack flag, unlimited bobs, a full screen bitmap zoomer with a sillohette of a woman and a rotating/squishing coke can. and some other bits.
My handle back then was jiminy.
I know im hoping for a lot but if anybody can help me out I'd be eternally greatful and will even pay a reward of £10 of $15 to anyone who provides me with useful info.
Please help this deperate old coder.
Many thanks

Yo Jiminey!
We were in contact once, and you sent me some of your sources when you quit the scene. I also have some demos by you (atleast one).
I'm readin' for exam now, so i don't wanna find the things i have right now. Later, ok? (if i forget to contact you, contact me :) )

Hiya Cyberbrain!
Wow its been a long time!, Hows things?
I must confess I have neglected the C64 scene for a good few years, and feel ashamed for doing so.
Its great to see some friendly faces still here and some nice work being put in by the scene'ers.
Makes me wanna 'get on da keyz' once again!
PM me with your email address, so are you still with noname? whats the site url for them now? are they still active?
If you could forward me the .d64 versions of the disks I would be sooooo greatful.
Keep in touch dude and good luck with the exams!
All the best
Jamie

Not that I want to interrupt your conversation about old days, but I think I can help with some of your questions. :)
You ask for Cyberbrains email etc. Have you tried to search for "cyberbrain" in the search function in the top right corner? :)
And try to look at the url right now. It says noname.c64.org/... as CSDb is made by No Name it's actually a subpart of our website (but anyway this info can ALSO be found by searching for "no name"). :)
This is not to lecture anyone, but as one of the creators of CSDb it is a bit strange that ppl don't use it for what it's there for. Finding info on sceners etc. :)
And yes the info on cyber is correct. At least most of it as I life 200m away from him. :)

LOL,
I realised as I sent the message whaat a dumb shmuck I was, Thanx for pointing it out :)
As your one of the creators of this site, I both apologise for not using my brain and thank you for one of the coolest sites ever,
And I don't mind if you mock me for being so stupid as to not even read the URL :) I was just caught up in the moment of hearing from Cyber as I havn't for many years.
Cheers and keep up the good work!

Heh. No mocking.. :)
I could see you were caught in the moment, but it just seemed funny asking a lot of info-questions on a site specializing on this kind of info, so I HAD to write something. :)
Now I won't interrupt your talk further (it's also kinda off-topic anyway. ;) )
PS. I'm happy you like our site. If you got any sugestions for improvement just let us know.
