Sidsel & Pusur by SOD
This demo competed in The Gathering 1996 demo competition, but has since seemingly been "lost".

Does anyone have this lying around? |

Funny, I have sent yesterday an e-mail to the organizers of The Gathering with exactly the same question and that's why you probably post here ;)
Hopefully somebody has it.

That may very well be it, yeah. I'm in The Gathering democrew, and got the request that way, so.. yes, probably. :)
Let's hope someone has it, then! |

Probably they burned the disk after the party. |

I was at TG96 and talked to the organizers about the C64 demos and it seemed this one was made with some demomaker displaying a picture, a scroller and playing Thing on a Spring. Not sure if I talked to those who made the demo or an organizer but it was said that this wasn't made by any serious C64-sceners but that they had obviously still had a C64 and made this one just for fun. The scroller is in Norwegian and is just silly :-)
The way we delivered our contribution was that went up to organizers room where they had an SX64. Someone taped the demo to VHS while I still was there so I got the disk back. I guess since Gathering-crew didn't keep the disks then those who made this demo would have to spread the demo themselves like we had to with ours... which they probably didn't bother with.
