I'm looking for any kind of source code that was used to make a demo... for collecting and learning purpose...

I find methods used more useful as seeing source code stays in your mind and you may end up using very similar code.

If you want to use 128x128 sections then 256 chars laid out in 16x16 grid is nice. Arrange so it is like:

@FM
AGN
BHO

See how the consecative chars are lined down the screen, not across. Could also read Publication, The Beergarden etc, active mags that do talk about demo effects :)
