Maybe a bit of a strange request, but is there any chance any soldering pro could help out? I need the little RF box in my A600 desoldered so that I can properly mount the VGA connector of my Indivision ECS in that spot (: |

Ask Fierman if he brings his gas soldering toolkit with him again. I used that to remove the RF modulator from Deekay's C64 last time. |

Not sure if that's possible. Fierman hasn't been online for the past weeks, but I can bring a basic soldering iron if that helps... (: |

Depends what "basic" means. If it's some 60 watt monster the box will almost fly off. If some 25 watt manicure stick it might take a while. |

It's a 15W weller, so I guess that's gonna take ages...
