Hoxs with Wine?
Does anyone know how to run Hoxs in Linux with Wine?
I get the message "InitD3D failed". |

The emulator starts up and after F9 the debug windows are shown. Then a Wine C++ Runtime Library pop-up with an error message appears:

Any ideas? A wrong version of directx or whatever? |

My hoxs exe requires d3dx9_31.dll
newer versions requires dx11

try "winetricks" and install everything it offers to install. that solved a bunch of issues with wine for me |
