Likely, bad filename. I had the same result with Vice 2.4, but I did load the 2nd file and ran it without issue in NTSC. The 2nd file did not work in PAL as it freezes on the intro (which is cool and makes me wonder if there is more to it). The error (flashing light) reports a missing filename.
