Generate teletext signal with C64?
Would it be possible to generate a teletext signal alongside the audio and video in the RF-output of the C64? |

Yeah, the genlock could put nice PETSCII on top of the video. I got one but never tried it... |

in the small town I grew up the local town tv used c64's for years for subtitling with a genloc. they were also used to broadcast "no signal" pictures, and display "tv news" texts. |

Ninja: You could put anything, no? Afair there is a definition or so as for which c64 color needs to be background to be transparent for the video signal. Anything else should get displayed so not just petscii.
