In 2014 I saw this reddit post:
https://www.reddit.com/r/c64/comments/22tldx/anyone_in_the_bay_..
Earlier that year I attended the classic postmortem talk of the Lucasfilm guys at GDC, where they talked about Habitat and the possibility of resurrecting it.
So I took a wild guess and assumed that the reddit post is about Habitat. I know Michal Steil (mist64) who is exactly the right kind of guy for this kind of 6502 code archaeology and who happens to live in the SF bay area. So I urged him to get in touch with them.
This is pretty much all of my involvement in this, I know enthusi also helped a bit, but the C64 side of things is pretty much working fine.
The server side is more of a problem though, and without the server the whole things is a bit useless... |
