"USBC" opcode?

(C:$e5d1) >c000 eb eb eb eb
(C:$e5d1) d c000
.C:c000 EB EB USBC #$EB
.C:c002 EB EB USBC #$EB

x64sc 3.1 r33392

Is it a correct opcode?
