RetroDebugger and cc65/ca65

For larger c64 projects, I have always preferred the ca65/ld65 combo to Kick Assembler et al. The downside from not using KA was that I couldn't get source-level debugging with Slajerek's RetroDebugger.

While developing my 2024 craptastic 4K game, I created this little script to convert ld65 debuginfo to RetroDebugger format.

At this point i should probably mention that the debug info of cc65 is a moving target - it may change without notice. So better use the code from cc65 repo for accessing it.
