can some1 explain whats happenning here? :) (got a new laptop and somehow I cant find '=' for vice to type the listing in... also lazy:)

Somewhere on the disks I have a program which implements a 80-column mode on the 64... works fine! This should work in Basic-Programs too I guess myself...
If you're interested I could upload or send it to you.

Yeah I remember a 80 column mode, and it was quite illegible on a TV set. Hm, so is there any real use for it, apart from the fun factor?
