VIC timing diagram?
When coding for the Atari 2600, I found which is a very nice and easy-to-understand way of visualizing the timing of a single raster line.
Anyone seen or made something similar for the C64/VIC?
With things like 'border starts here at cycle X' and sprite Y will steal Z cycles here if enabled, badline will steal these cycles etc.
Failing that, is there a text with all these infos compiled into it?
Because I just realized how very little I know of the exact timings, knowledge that I need to improve! |

Thanks, that picture seems pretty informative, now I only need to read up on what the different symbols mean.
That VIC article seems to be very comprehensive to say the least!
