lame-o-question: How to copy SEQ file to D64 with command line tool

Yo!

Here comes a lame question. What is the most convenient way to copy a seq file onto a D64 image (on PC/Mac) using a command line tool (no GUI tools!). Somehow I couldn't figure out how to do it with c1541 I only get PRG files on the d64 and I can't find any particular options to tell C1541 that I want the destination file to be of SEQ type. Perhaps I missed something? Perhaps I need to use another tool? Which one?
