Release id #136939 : Vice Debugger SID Labels
I just uploaded my SID Vice labels, only to have the entry deleted.
The reason being "text fo" ... whatever that means :/
I thought it would be a useful file to save somebody from spending ~5 minutes typing them all in.

I deleted it cause it's a textfile, not a tool and certainly not a release.
codebase64.org is a better location for these things. |

Well there were ~20 downloads 5 minutes after I posted it, so maybe some people thought it was useful.
If after a couple of days / a week there are zero downloads I could understand it being deleted.
I guess the massive server resources a 25 line text file consumes is reason to delete it ;) |

Many people just download everything, few to check what it is, some just to hoard everything. No wonder there were some downloads, doesn't mean that anybody actually found it useful or interesting, while fixing the entry I wondered if it was even a valid release, I'm glad I am not the only one thinking it shouldn't belong here. |

Hi guys... Yes, I am aware of the problems with codebase. To be honest I have no idea what causes the error and, unfortunately, very little time to spend on digging deep into the issue. It could be something with the dokuwiki installation, or it could be something with the server config, or maybe both. In any case, it clearly needs to be fixed, so now I'll post a public message in another (new) thread on here to ask people who would be willing to help looking into the issue to contact me, and then I'll try to select someone that I know for sure is trustworthy. |
